We will personally work with you to create the perfect piece you're looking for if you don't see anything on our website that matches your aesthetic.
If you prefer a necklace chain with a different style or length, please contact us and we can assist you with that.
Certain orders may require additional fees (depending on materials, length of time to make, etc.)
Estimate: Requires about 2-3 weeks to make or process. Certain orders will require less or more time. We will contact you personally to keep you updated on your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please allow additional days. We will contact you when your order is ready to be shipped. Full Payment must be made before we ship out your order.
No cancellations or refunds for personalized/custom orders or pre-orders will be accepted unless it is a mistake made on our part. Thank you!
