We will refund you on your order as long as your order has not shipped yet.
Refunds will be partially returned based on the fee. The payment processing companies (Stripe & Paypal) require a non-refundable processing fee. They do not return that to us (ACM Jewels) or the customer, once we issue a return.
Fees: 2.9% + $0.30 of order total
