Processing Time: Our current processing time is about 1-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays for items we have in stock on our website. This does not include custom or personalized orders. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please allow additional days.
Personalized/Custom Orders: Require about 2-3 weeks to make or process. Certain orders will require less or more time. We will contact you personally to keep you updated on your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please allow additional days. We will contact you when your order is ready to be shipped. Full Payment must be made before we ship out your order.

Pre-orders can be paid in half (50% deposit) or full when you first place the order. We will hold your items for two weeks from time of placement. You have two weeks to pay in full. Shipping Time: We currently offer delivery with tracking via USPS. A tracking number will be provided to you by email. The 1-5 day shipping time does not include processing time. Once your order has shipped, it is a liability of the USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
